Return Process

Ensure your product is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund.
- 2.Submit a Request
Visit our online Support Center to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Securely pack your device and use the prepaid shipping label provided to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
